Small group sessions:
Small group discussions are the hallmark of CLEA’s New Clinicians Conference. Small groups provide an opportunity for clinicians to develop lasting relationships with others new to clinical teaching and to work through pedagogical issues unique to clinical courses. To facilitate trust-building and provide the opportunity to for deep discussion of topics throughout the week, we ask conference attendees who register for small groups to commit to attend all four small group meetings during the conference week. Please note that registration for the small group sessions is limited to current clinicians and those who will be teaching in externship programs, in-house clinics, or hybrid clinics during the upcoming school year. *Small group registration has now closed*
Registrants will receive an email the week of May 10th with information on how to access conference materials and links for the conference sessions. For now, please SAVE THE DATES (May 17-20, 2021) and do not hesitate to contact CLEA NCC co-chairs Lisa Martin and Danny Schaffzin at LVMARTIN@law.sc.edu and danny.s@memphis.edu if you have any questions.
