The University of South Carolina School of Law invites applications for entry-level, tenure-track faculty to begin in the fall of 2012. Qualifications for these positions include a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise. The School of Law is especially interested in candidates who are interested in teaching in the areas of clinical legal education, Constitutional law, criminal law, environmental law, evidence, intellectual property, Rule of Law, taxation, and torts.
