SUFFOLK LAW is hiring a Director to lead our newly created Online Dispute Resolution Clinic. The Director will lead our students in designing, building, and creating an ODR process accessible to low-income litigants in divorce cases in Massachusetts, who traditionally have not had access to ODR tools.  You can read more about the initiative here and here.  The Director will work in close coordination with faculty in our Legal Innovation and Technology Center, Family Law Clinic, and Dispute Resolution Program, as well as with experts from the American Arbitration Association, to design and build the clinic’s curriculum and develop the ODR project from the ground up. We’re looking for someone with mediation and/or alternative dispute resolution experience, and/or in the field of family law. The posting and application can be found online here.
