The conference will explore different approaches to integrating policy advocacy and considerations into clinical work and how policy affects traditional clinical advocacy.

This conference, held annually, typically brings together clinical and externship faculty from UC Davis, Pacific McGeorge, Santa Clara University, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UC Hastings, University of San Francisco, and Golden Gate University to discuss recent developments and strategies in clinical law teaching. Registration is not limited to those from Northern California. Anyone who is interested in attending is welcome to register and attend the conference.

By Car

From the NorthGolden Gate Brige and Highway 101 to Van Ness Avenue. Left on Bush Street. Cross Market Street to First Street. One block on First Street to Mission Street. Right on Mission Street one-half block.

From the South - Highway 101 to 80 (Bay Brige/Downtown) to Fourth Street exit. One block on Bryant Street. Left on Third Street. Right on Mission Street two blocks.

From the East Bay - Bay Brige to Fremont Street exit. Left on Fremont Street. Left on Mission Street one block.

Public Transit

BART and MUNI Metro - Montgomery Street exit. Walk south from Market Street to Mission Street. Golden Gate University is on Mission Street between First and Second Streets.

From CalTrain Depot at Fourth and Townsend Streets - Take #10 Townsend bus to Fremont and Mission Streets. Walk left on Mission Street 1-1/2 blocks or take the N-Judah streetcar line to Montgomery Station. Walk south from Market Street to Mission Street. Golden Gate University is on Mission Street between First and Second Streets.

Conference check-in will occur in the second floor lobby at 536 Mission Street. To get there, enter the building at the main, ground floor entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.
